Why can’t the remote select single-color mode?

If a dynamic mode (FLASH, FADE, SMOOTH, STROBE) is active, pressing a single color will start the dynamic cycle from that color; to exit and select single-color mode, simply press the same mode button again.

Why is the water flow too weak?

Please check the pressure regulator on the product and make sure it is fully closed, as this will increase the water pressure. In addition, ensure that your pump is set to its maximum pressure for optimal performance.

Why won’t the remote turn on the fountain?

First check and remove the transparent insulating sheet under the battery, then press and hold the ON button for 3 seconds.

What pump size is recommended?

Use a pump of at least 0.2 HP; water flow depends on the pump.

Why won’t the light work?

For first-time use, we recommend fully charging the light under direct sunlight, and note that it has a 4-hour default timer for optimal performance and longevity, which can also be adjusted via the remote to 1, 2, 3, or 6 hours.
