Remote does not work.

A：Firstly, please check if the plastic tap on the battery was removed. Secondly, make sure if the indicator light on the extension cord changes when you change the speed and timer. If the indicator light changes, remote works; If the indicator light does not change, please check the battery in the remote controller. NOTE: The signal receiver of the remote is in the extension cord, kindly please use the remote toward the direction of controller.

Q:

Fan turn off itself.

A: Please check if the timer function was used. If you want the fan to be ON all the time, please make sure the indicator on the controller is in the option "ALWAYS ON".

Q:

Does not produce sufficient amount of air.

A: Please make sure all fan blades was installed in the same direction.

Q：

Fan only works one speed, all other speeds shut the fan down.

A：Unstable current may cause this problem. How to solve this problem? Step 1: Disconnect the fan and extension cord, only keep the extension cord powered on, then use the remote to test whether the indicator light on the extension cable changes. Step 2: If the indicator light changes, connect the fan to the extension cord, then test the remote three or four times to check if same problem happen.

NOTE: If you press the remote control and there is no response, please check if the indicator light on the remote control lights up when you press the button. Please remove the battery and change a new battery when there is no light.
